Sound Bath Meditation

The sound bath meditation is a journey into relaxation through music. While laying down in a comfortable position your sound healer, Heidi, will create intuitive, fluid, non scripted music, using singing bowls, tuning forks, bells, rattles, drums and chimes. Heidi brings a unique element to her meditations by singing throughout the sound bath, this offers her own unique light and healing energy into the meditation. 

This experience may help the listener enter a deep relaxation, and may also be beneficial for healing and spiritual purposes. Some people believe that the vibrational frequencies of these sounds can help balance the body’s energy and promote overall well-being.
